The City of Victorville is seeking a Real Estate Specialist under the direction of the Economic Development Administrator. This role involves leading contacts for real property transactions, coordinating negotiations, and managing leases for City-owned facilities. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in real estate transactions, and be knowledgeable in laws regarding property sales, leases, and acquisitions.
