The opportunity

We are looking for a relationship-driven Client Solutions Manager to grow our presence in the Houston market. This person will develop new client relationships, expand existing accounts, and connect companies with technology professionals who can help them achieve critical business objectives.

The ideal candidate has demonstrated success in B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, or professional services. This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious seller who is ready to own a market and client portfolio, but does not yet need to bring the tenure expected of a senior strategic account leader.

What you’ll do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across the Houston market.
• Build relationships with technology, HR, procurement, and business leaders.
• Learn each client’s organization, priorities, talent needs, and decision-making process.
• Generate qualified job orders and consulting opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market activity.
• Partner closely with recruiters and delivery teams to present well-matched candidates and solutions.
• Manage the client relationship from initial outreach through discovery, proposal, placement, and ongoing account support.
• Grow existing accounts by identifying additional departments, hiring managers, projects, and service opportunities.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurately track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while protecting healthy margins.
• Stay informed about the Houston technology employment market and share useful insights with clients and candidates.
• Represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry functions.

What we’re looking for

• Approximately 3–7 years of successful experience in staffing, professional services, consulting, or B2B sales.
• A track record of developing relationships and generating new revenue.
• Experience selling technology staffing or consulting services is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with technology roles, projects, and organizational functions.
• Strong prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• A consultative approach and the ability to communicate confidently with both managers and executives.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and pipeline-management habits.
• A collaborative style and willingness to work closely with recruiting and delivery partners.
• Existing relationships in the Houston business or technology community are helpful but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
