Job Description:

The company is seeking experienced Flexographic Press Operators to join their manufacturing team in Fort Wayne IN. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with strong flexographic printing experience who are looking to work in a fast-paced production environment with excellent benefits and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot flexographic printing presses
Ensure print quality and production efficiency
Perform press setup color matching and maintenance
Follow workplace safety and quality standards
Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Flexographic Printing experience preferred
Experience with CI Flexo (Central Impression)
Wide Web printing experience (30 preferred; company operates 62)
Experience with water and solvent inks preferred
Experience working with machines such as:

W&H
PCMC
Comexi
F&K
Bobs
Webtron
Achillei

Preferred Qualifications:

Training or mentoring experience preferred
Experience working with materials such as:

Non-Woven
Paper
Film
Paperboard
