What You'll Do
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to emergency department patients
  • Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately
  • Be a key member of the emergency team, including delegating and communicating effectively
  • Implement care plans and prioritize patient safety and comfort
  • Respond swiftly to emergent situations, utilizing advanced ACLS, PALS, and CPI skills
  • Document patient care activities accurately using web-based applications
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Adhere to all federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and policies
What You Need
Required:

  • RN license in State of practice
  • BLS, CPI, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • 2+ years of related nursing experience in ER or acute care setting
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or higher
  • Additional clinical specialty certifications
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
