Human Capital Management Analyst (PN 20037386)

Key Responsibilities Assist central office payroll with timesheet review, pay adjustments, and leave auditing. Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries related to retirement, workers’ compensation, unemployment, and disability programs. Assist with FMLA, ADA, and other leave programs by reviewing documentation, tracking entitlements, issuing required notices, coordinating return‑to‑work procedures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Coordinate new hire orientation and employee training, including scheduling, materials preparation, facilitation, record‑keeping, and scheduling interviews. Conduct follow‑up meetings with new or promoted employees. Participate in engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives. Provide cross‑trained support across all HR functions—including staffing, benefits, payroll, leave administration, EEO/ADA compliance, and labor relations—to ensure continuity of services and effective HR operations. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in human resources, or Completion of an undergraduate core program in human resources, business, or public administration, or One year experience as a Human Capital Management Associate (ID 64611), or Equivalent of the Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment stated above.
