Responsibilities

Efficiently manage and coordinate calendars, scheduling appointments for clients and internal staff. Communicate with clients via telephone and email to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments in a timely and professional manner. Maintain and update client information with a high degree of accuracy in the company database. Answer incoming calls, handle enquiries, and direct them to the appropriate department when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional interaction at all times. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operational workflow. Perform general administrative duties as required to support the team.

Qualifications

Excellent organisational and time-management skills with a proven ability to multitask. Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and courteous telephone manner. High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). A proactive and positive attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is desirable but not essential.
