Senior Customer Success Engineer

As a full-time Senior Customer Success Engineer working remotely, the candidate will build and maintain post-sales relationships with strategic customers, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Dynatrace products while addressing complex configuration issues. Key responsibilities Manage post-sales relationships and provide expert guidance to customers on product usage and value maximization Triage and resolve complex configuration issues while advocating for customer needs with support and product management teams Conduct training and discovery activities to enhance customer engagement and identify opportunities for product adoption Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience 4+ years of experience with large enterprise customers, including executive leadership Demonstrated experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Dynatrace technologies and related third-party technologies Professional Level Dynatrace certification (or ability to obtain within six months) and two or more relevant Associate Level certifications Strong technical understanding of cloud technologies and web/application server technologies related to Dynatrace
