Medical Director, Anesthesiology – Southwestern Illinois (St. Louis Metro East) Opportunity Highlights Full-time Anesthesiology Medical Director role with a true lifestyle schedule Lead anesthesia services across two hospitals Average work weeks under 40 hours with post-call day off Low callback and reasonable hours to support work-life balance General anesthesia case mix with a medically supervised CRNA team Cardiac-trained anesthesiologist preferred Build strong partnerships with surgical services, hospital leadership, and key stakeholders Focus on quality, safety, compliance, retention, and practice stability Leadership & Program Responsibilities Oversee clinical operations and program performance Support team culture, clinician engagement, and retention Ensure adherence to protocols, standards, and best practices Drive quality improvement and operational excellence Strengthen hospital relationships from the OR to the C-suite Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $600,000 annually Incentives available, including:

• 10,000 Facility Medical Director (FMD) stipend
• 40,000 Cardiac stipend (if applicable)
