Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Direct message the job poster from Vaco by Highspring Director, Executive Search | Accounting & Finance | Vaco Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of a growing company. This role will report directly to the Controller and play a key role in financial reporting, compliance, and supporting project accounting across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP Collaborate with project managers to ensure accurate job costing, billing, and revenue recognition Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external audit requirements Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred) 5+ years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of accounting software Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
