Crown Staffing is urgently hiring for a Line Worker.
Line Worker Job Details
Schedule: Monday-Friday, with possible overtime on Saturdays.
Pay Rate: $16.00/hr
Location : Walton, KY
Line Worker Requirements/Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
  
• Must pass the cGMP test before starting work.
  
• Ability to read and follow written procedures and work instructions.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  
• Ability to stand for long periods.
  
• Ability to work in an elevated work area.
  
• Ability to follow instructions from supervisors and communicate effectively with team members.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity.
  
• Must be dependable, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality work.
  
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including overtime when needed.
  
• Must follow all safety, quality, and cGMP standards.
  

• Perform daily manufacturing and production tasks at an assigned line station.
  
• Arrive at the assigned workstation on time and remain productive throughout the shift.
  
• Follow written work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  
• Maintain compliance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  
• Inspect and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
  
• Communicate with the Line Captain regarding production needs and concerns.
  
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
  
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
  
• Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including a hairnet, smock, and safety glasses.
  
• Wear additional PPE, such as gloves or a face mask, depending on the assigned department.
