Senior Business Analyst — Incentive Design & Analytics

Capital One seeks a Senior Business Analyst to analyze incentive compensation plans and assess risk and alignment with business goals. You will partner with IT, Sales, Operations, Finance, and HR to develop analytics, create models, and present insights to leadership. You will translate complex analyses into actionable recommendations, influence decisions, and ensure governance around plan design and risk.
