Transactional Attorney

Transactional Attorney | Denver, CO (Hybrid) | $200,000 - $300,000/Annually base + bonus and benefits (DOE)
What You’ll Do:
- Represent lenders and borrowers in sophisticated commercial financing transactions.
- Collaborate with attorneys across the firm on M&A, private equity, real estate, tax, regulatory, securities, and corporate matters.
- Work closely with clients, opposing counsel, financial institutions, and other deal professionals to efficiently execute transactions.
Qualifications:
- 1-5+ years of transactional finance experience preferred.
- Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, private equity sponsors, or corporate clients in financing transactions.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
Salary and Other Compensation:
- The annual salary for this position is between $200,000-$300,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
