General Laborer – Manufacturing

Openwork is hiring a dependable General Laborer – Manufacturing for a manufacturing company in Stafford, TX. This is a hands-on opportunity supporting a facility relocation project , including cleanup, organization, material movement, and general labor duties.

The initial assignment is expected to last several days to a few weeks , with the potential to become a long-term or permanent opportunity based on performance and company needs . Job Title: General Laborer – Manufacturing
Location: Stafford, TX 77477
Pay: $16.00 per hour or higher, based on experience | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–3:00 PM
Overtime: Must be available as needed based on company needs
Assignment: Short-Term Project | Potential for Long-Term/Permanent Opportunity

• Assist with cleanup and housekeeping during the facility relocation
• Move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment
• Help relocate equipment and supplies between designated work areas
• Load and unload materials as needed
• Organize production, storage, and work areas
• Perform general warehouse and manufacturing support duties
• Assist with basic material handling and production tasks
• Use basic hand and power tools when assigned
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist other departments as business needs change
• Follow all work instructions and company safety procedures

• 1+ year of general labor, warehouse, manufacturing, production, moving, or material-handling experience
• Basic experience using hand and power tools
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable performing physical, hands-on work
• Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with different tasks
• Reliable and consistent attendance
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work overtime when required

• Ability to safely lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive tasks
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing environment

• $16.00 per hour or higher, based on experience
• Weekly pay
• Monday–Friday daytime schedule
