Order Fulfillment Associate

Position Summary We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented, Order Fulfillment Associate to join our group store fulfillment team. The Order Fulfillment Team is responsible for organizing incoming product, sorting bulk shipments into individual customer orders, preparing orders for shipping or pickup, and maintaining an organized fulfillment area to support efficient operations. This role is the last line of defense before orders reach our customers. Every order you touch represents an athlete, coach, family or employee waiting for customized gear. Your attention to detail helps ensure every customer receives exactly what they ordered. This is a part-time, seasonal position with a consistent weekly schedule. While we're flexible on the specific days and times, we’re looking for someone who can commit to a regular routine between the hours of 8am and 4pm. Seasonal, part-time (non-exempt) team members are expected to work 20 to 30 hours per week, depending on business needs. All seasonal employees should be available to work through the end of our holiday season, which wraps up on December 23, 2026. Key Responsibilities Order Fulfillment: Sort bulk team shipments into individual orders with precision and care. Quality Assurance: Double-check that sizes, styles, colors, and customizations match the customer’s order. Packing & Shipping: Box, label, and prepare orders for delivery, shipping, or in-store pickup. Support Tasks: Keep the fulfillment area organized for easy picking. Moving and organizing boxes. Issue Resolution: Catch and report product discrepancies, missing items, or production errors to the team. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move boxes (up to ~40 lbs). Comfortable walking, standing, and moving throughout the day. Able to push/pull carts within the building. What We’re Looking For Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
