Reports to: Regional Manager Benefits Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) Employee discounts Health insurance (Affordable health insurance with options: PPO 2000 or HSA 3000) Dental Insurance (Affordable with no waiting period) Vision Insurance (Quality coverage for very little cost) Life Insurance ($10,000 life insurance policy paid in full by the company) 401K Plan (All administrative fees paid by the company) Paid Time Off (Competitive policies) Opportunity for advancement Training & development Employee discount on all merchandise Responsibilities Work a minimum of a 48 hour weekly retail schedule Achieve personal sales goal Effectively and efficiently assist with managing the sales team and new hires Provide training and set goals for sales team Creating an extraordinary experience for our guests Provide support to the store’s Management Team whenever needed and be able to fulfill their role and duties as necessary Great communication with the store's Management Team regarding individual and department performance Morning and afternoon huddle meetings with an agenda designed to motivate, inform, and educate sales professionals and the management team on sales related information Focus on driving sales including all steps of the sales process Coach a sales professional in a one-on-one setting regarding improvement of the sales process Shadow sales professionals to ensure the sales process is being followed Recognize sales professional’s weaknesses during the actual sales interaction and coach them to improve Debrief a sales professional immediately after a sales interaction, recognizing what was done well and areas for improvement Set individual goals for sales professionals based on store goals Constant communication with sales professionals regarding progress toward goals A great passion for working with others and seeing individuals and the team succeed Learn all roles and functions within the store and operations Work with Corporate HR to build a great team and maintain full staffing levels within the location Some travel will be required Learn to live in the numbers Qualifications High energy with an enthusiastic personality and overall great attitude toward the retail sales environment Strong leader with a team-first attitude that possesses a high level of commitment and work ethic A reliable individual that holds themselves accountable and possesses the ability to hold others accountable Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and excellent time management skills Willingness to accept a promotion at any location in the assigned region Education and Experience High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience Previous demonstrated experience in a customer satisfaction environment preferred Previous retail management/supervisory experience Position Type Full-Time/Regular
