Details:
We are seeking a skilled Soldering Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for performing high-quality hand soldering on electronic assemblies in accordance with industry standards and work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform hand soldering of through-hole, surface-mount, and fine-pitch components
• Read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and assembly documentation
• Inspect solder joints to ensure quality, reliability, and compliance with specifications
• Use hand tools, microscopes, and soldering equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electronic assembly or soldering preferred
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
• Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and ability to work a morning shift starting at 6am

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Duarte, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
