Commander Software BU, part of the Fullsteam organization, provides business management software to Powersports, Marine, Outdoor Powersports, and Golf Cart dealers. The software runs on a Microsoft SQL hosted database. The company was established in 1979 and is based in Costa Mesa, California. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dependable bilingual professional to join our team in a full-time Customer Support and Administrative role. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage heavy call volume, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will assist customers with complex support issues, help with accounting-related tasks, support collections efforts, and work closely with multiple departments to ensure smooth daily operations. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, maintain a positive and professional attitude, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. A willingness to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and handle challenging situations with professionalism is essential. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is required. Primary Responsibilities: Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Assist customers with complex support issues and provide timely resolutions Maintain excellent customer service and positive customer relationships Support accounting functions including data entry, payment processing, account updates, and debt collection. Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding balances Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Spanish Troubleshoot problems and identify effective solutions quickly Accurately document customer interactions and account activity Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues Maintain organized records and ensure attention to detail in daily tasks Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks Adapt quickly to new systems, procedures, and responsibilities Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism in a fast-paced work environment Perform additional administrative and customer support duties as assigned Skills & Competencies: Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal communication) Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Ability to manage heavy call volume in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills Ability to handle complex customer support situations professionally Basic accounting and collections knowledge Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail and accuracy Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems and processes Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Positive attitude and strong work ethic Team-oriented with the ability to work independently Professional phone etiquette and active listening skills Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Critical thinking and decision-making skills Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required Fluent in both English and Spanish Minimum of 1–2 years of customer service or call center experience preferred Experience handling high call volume and customer inquiries Basic accounting and collections experience preferred Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to maintain professionalism and a positive attitude under pressure Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly Must be authorized to work in the United States Full-time availability required Pay range: $25.00-$28.00/ hr USD Fullsteam supports an inclusive workplace that values diversity of thought, experience, and background.
