The Bid Manager plays a critical role in coordinating and managing the entire bid process to ensure successful proposal submissions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop compelling proposals, managing deadlines, and researching bid opportunities to maximize the chances of winning contracts.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate bid activities across team members and departments
- Develop and compile comprehensive proposals tailored to bid requirements
- Manage deadlines efficiently to ensure timely bid submissions
- Conduct research on bid opportunities to identify potential projects
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in bid management
- Proficiency with bid management software tools
- Strong time management skills
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
