Looking to make an impact in students' lives as a Physical Therapist? A contract opportunity is available for an experienced school-based PT to support elementary-age students near Fitchburg, MA. Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts PT license is required
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is strongly preferred
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Exceptional communication and organization skills
• Strong commitment to supporting students’ physical, academic, and social development

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative physical therapy services to elementary students within educational settings
• Evaluate student abilities, develop individualized treatment plans, and track progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy strategies into classroom routines
• Document services and maintain compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in eligibility, IEP, and team meetings as needed
• Flexibility to adjust caseload and priorities based on evolving student needs

This contract offers a consistent schedule, Monday through Friday, with 37.5 hours per week. Compensation ranges from $51–$54 per hour, depending on experience and credentials.
