Butcher PositionWe have an opening for full time BUTCHER positions.Location: La Mercerie - 53 Howard Street, New York, NY 10013. The ideal candidate is devoted to becoming an integral member of a team that values a strong work ethic and also has the desire to learn and hone the craft of French cooking.Job Summary: Cuts, trims and prepares meat for use in food production or sale in retail establishments.
