• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY considered; strong mentorship available for fellows
• Previous experience within school settings is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to advocating for student needs and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment results
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students of varying ages and needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation according to school and state regulations
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to optimize interventions
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
