Seeking a Licensed Clinic Manager for our practice who provides leadership expertise to ensure all patients receive high quality, efficient care. Full time (M-F, day shift), no nights, no on-call, no weekends, no holidays What you will do in this role: Help establish/implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for the assigned clinical areas. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical plans. Select, train/orient, and supervise departmental personnel. Responsible for work assignment and daily operations. Evaluate performance and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Resolve problems in clinical areas and ensures compliance with regulations and standards. Help fiscal management and other administrative staff to develop/implement cost effective policies and procedures for all clinical areas, as well as billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing, and space planning. Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget. Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies. Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided. Participate in professional development activities to keep current with health care trends and practices. Maintain strictest confidentiality. Perform other related work as required. Practice and adhere to the “Code of Conduct” philosophy and “Mission and Value Statement”. Education: Graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program or a degree or diploma from an accredited school of practical or vocation nursing is required. Experience: Minimum of two year of experience in a medical office, acute care or clinical outpatient setting is required. A minimum of one year previous supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting is required. Certification / License: Current and Active Medical Assistant certification (Acceptable certifications are RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, NRCMA certification or ABR-OE credentials) or active LPN or LVN license is required. CPR Certification required.
