Non-Licensed Clinic Manager

Job Summary Non‑Licensed Clinic Manager – Full time (Monday–Friday, day shift). No nights, no on‑call, no weekends, no holidays. Responsibilities Establish and implement goals, objectives, policies, procedures and systems for assigned clinical areas. Participate in development and implementation of clinical plans. Select, train, orient, and supervise departmental personnel; responsible for work assignments and daily operations. Evaluate performance and recommend merit increases, promotions, and disciplinary actions. Resolve problems in clinical areas and ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Assist fiscal management and other administrative staff in developing and implementing cost‑effective policies for all clinical areas, including billing, insurance, fee schedules, credit/collections, purchasing and space planning. Monitor and control clinical expenditures to remain within budget. Serve as liaison between clinic and external agencies. Work with medical staff to ensure quality patient care and services. Participate in professional development activities to stay current on health‑care trends and practices. Maintain strict confidentiality. Perform related work as required. Practice and adhere to the Code of Conduct philosophy and Mission & Value Statement. Qualifications At least two years of experience in a medical office, acute care, or clinical outpatient setting. At least one year of supervisory experience in a medical office, acute care or outpatient setting. Graduate from a recognized training facility for medical assistants; coursework in health‑care office management preferred. Medical Assistant experience may substitute for the education requirement.
