Inside Sales Manager - Diabetes Care

What You'll Do In this role, you'll lead a team of supervisors and inside sales professionals toward commercial excellence — owning revenue growth targets, shaping strategy, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. You bring a proven track record of leading teams, and you pair that experience with a strong financial acumen and a sharp understanding of inside sales dynamics. Role Details Location: On-site – 18302 Talavera Ridge, San Antonio, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday Minimum Requirements (Must Have) 5 years of relevant sales experience HSD/GED or equivalent Nice to have / preferred Bachelors Degree or advanced degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant sales and leadership experience. PR) locations (USD):$90,000.00 - $110,000.00 The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertain solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
