Head of Influencer

About the Job Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. We’re looking for a Head of Influencer to own and scale our paid creator and influencer ecosystem. This role will take full ownership of our Pathfinder Program, building a high-volume network of creators who produce authentic, performance-driven content that can be scaled through paid media. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role focused primarily on organic posts, reach, or impressions. The goal is to find the right creators, build strong partnerships, develop great creative, and ultimately turn those partnerships into ads that drive meaningful growth. You’ll sit at the intersection of Partnerships, Creative, and Growth, working closely with our paid media and creative teams to understand what is working, recruit more of it, and continuously improve the quality and performance of our creator network.
