Counselor-Case Manager

Help provide case management services to change the lives of those overcoming addiction! Join our team of competent and compassionate professionals as a Counselor-Case Manager at the New View program at Behavioral Health Network! Your experience, knowledge and great skills will support the New View program with the following:

• Working with program therapist to provide inclusive services to individuals served.
• Collaborating with individuals served to identify problems utilizing assessment information and develop individualized service plan (IAP).
• Adapting treatment approaches to the needs of individuals served.
• Incorporating dual diagnosis, methadone-related issues, housing needs, family support issues and other factors into daily support and psycho educational groups.
• Documenting plan of care according to established expectations.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of individuals served information at all times in accordance with HIPAA & 42 CFR.

The New View program at BHN in Greenfield, MA serves female-identified patients who have been civilly committed through the Section 35 court proceeding to a designated substance use disorder treatment facility. The program offers acute treatment services (ATS) and clinical stabilization services (CSS).

What are we looking for in a Counselor-Case Manager?

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required).
• At least one year of experience in a substance use disorder field (required).
• Credentialed as CAC, CADC, LADC-Assistant, LADC II (preferred).
• Experience in group facilitation, IAP development, and treatment strategies such as motivational interviewing (required).

Available Schedules:

Full Time: Tuesday-Saturday; Option 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, & Saturday, 8:30am-5:00pm, and Friday, 2:00pm-10:30pm Option 2: Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, & Saturday, 9:00am-5:30pm, and Wednesday, 2:00pm-10:30pm

Pay Rate: $22.50/hr
