Senior eDiscovery Services Specialist

Our client, a growing litigation support and eDiscovery services provider, is seeking a Senior eDiscovery Services Specialist to manage complex matters across the full Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), from forensic collections through final production. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with project management and client consulting, with a strong emphasis on iCONECT administration and experience supporting hosted review environments. The ideal candidate has experience with digital forensic collections, eDiscovery processing, production workflows, and enjoys working directly with attorneys and corporate legal teams to deliver exceptional client service. This is a full‑time hybrid opportunity based in Miami, FL, with three days in the office each week. Project Management Manage multiple litigation matters from collection through production Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and client deliverables Provide regular status updates and maintain complete project documentation Ensure quality control throughout every phase of the project Digital Forensics & Processing Perform defensible collections from computers, mobile devices, cloud platforms, and email systems Process ESI using iCONECT, FTK, LAW PreDiscovery, and related tools Execute OCR, metadata extraction, de‑duplication, filtering, load file creation, and quality control Maintain chain of custody and evidence integrity throughout collections Review Platform & Productions Administer iCONECT review workspaces, users, searches, and review batches Prepare TIFF, Native, PDF, and load file productions according to client and court requirements Perform final quality control before production delivery Client Consulting Advise clients on collection strategies and discovery workflows Explain technical concepts to attorneys and litigation teams Deliver training and ongoing support for hosted review platforms Qualifications Five or more years of eDiscovery experience Three or more years of digital forensic collection experience Strong understanding of the EDRM lifecycle Experience managing multiple litigation matters Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to work independently while providing exceptional client service Preferred Experience Experience with iCONECT, FTK, LAW PreDiscovery, and Magnet AXIOM Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud‑based collections Relativity or Reveal experience is a plus EnCE, ACE, CCE, RCA, or similar certifications preferred Experience supporting large, complex litigation matters Expected salary for this role is $95,000 - $120,000, commensurate with experience, training, skills, qualifications, and other market factors. #J-18808-Ljbffr TruLegal (formerly TRU Staffing)
