Fabcon is a leading precast concrete manufacturer with 8 facilities across 7 states. We're growing and looking for entry-level team members who want a steady job, paid training, and opportunities to move up.
No experience required we train you. We promote from within.
What You'll Do
- Help build precast concrete products (walls, beams, stairs, etc.)
- Set up forms and install materials like rebar and insulation
- Use basic hand and power tools
- Work safely with a team to meet production goals
What We're Looking For
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and safe work habits
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- Prior manufacturing or construction experience not required
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand, bend, climb, and work on your feet during your shift
