Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initial training in Charleston SC: Paid four weeks
• Supervise all aspects of restaurant operations and make key decisions.
• Ensure compliance with financial standards to optimize profits.
• Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and address feedback proactively.
• Lead and develop a talented team of employees.
• Engage with the local community to enhance brand presence.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and computer skills.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and personnel management.
• Valid driver's license and eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Consent to undergo a background check.

Work Environment:

• Average work week of 45 hours with varying hours as needed.
• Ability to perform duties including lifting items up to 30 pounds.
• Work with various equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
