You'll begin by partnering with teachers and school leaders in local schools. You'll also guide teams in analyzing assessment data to identify student needs and refine instructional practices. Successful candidates will demonstrate a proven ability to analyze student data, supporting tiered interventions through informed instructional practices.

Experience in coaching and mentoring educators is essential, as is the capability to model lessons, facilitate planning sessions, and provide constructive feedback. Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills are necessary for building trust with teachers and school leaders. • Deep understanding of early literacy development and evidence-based practices aligned with the Science of Reading (e.g. phonemic awareness, phonics, fluency, vocabulary and comprehension)
• Strong knowledge of structured literacy frameworks and their practical application in K-5 classrooms
• Familiarity with Georgia's English Language Arts standards and early reading assessment tools
• Proven ability to analyze student data to inform instruction and support tiered interventions
• Experience coaching or mentoring educators with the ability to model lessons, facilitate planning and provide constructive feedback
• Excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with teachers and school leaders
