Talent Acquisition Consultant at Phaidon International Our teams of Recruitment Consultants are focusing on the hottest industries at the moment: Financial Services, Life Sciences, Engineering, and Supply Chain within the recruitment industry. A role within the rapidly growing recruitment industry is not only exciting, but very lucrative as well. Many of our Recruitment Consultants come from a variety of educational and professional backgrounds and have seen their success in this business skyrocket. Our award-winning training program will provide you with the tools needed for you to succeed as well! What does the role involve? Responsible for full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates within their industry specializations. Networking to develop new business with potential clients while continuing connections with existing clients – our clients range from startups to thriving fortune 10 companies. Acting as a consultant for both the client and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. You will receive a commission when a placement is successfully made – this is an uncapped commission opportunity!
