Legal Recruitment Consultant

The firm is known for its collaborative, business-focused approach and works with top asset managers, private equity and venture capital firms, Fortune 500 and FTSE companies, major sports leagues, and entertainment leaders. Responsibilities Support the upcoming 2L recruiting season, including gathering law school information and preparing interview materials (resumes, evaluation forms, office statistics, etc.) Serve as a liaison for students invited for call-back interviews and coordinate multiple in-office interview schedules daily Track candidate progress, feedback, and updates in applicant tracking systems (viRecruit, Flo Recruit, etc.) Prepare statistical reports and materials for Hiring Committee meetings Draft response letters and maintain candidate records Assist with the Summer Associate Program, including event planning, maintaining RSVP lists, creating name tags, and tracking evaluations Coordinate conference room bookings, schedule trainings, and prepare related materials Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team and assist with projects for the lateral hiring group as needed Qualifications 0–2 years of relevant experience (legal recruiting or HR support preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience with viRecruit or other applicant tracking systems a plus Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Flexibility to work overtime as needed Job details Seniority level: Entry level Employment type: Temporary Job function: Human Resources Industries: Legal Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Atlas Search by 2x Get notified about new Recruitment Consultant jobs in Boston, MA . #J-18808-Ljbffr Atlas Search
