VP, Head of Selby Jennings Boston – Financial Operations, Business Technology, and Software Recruitment. Base pay range: $47,500.00/yr. Commission incentives with uncapped potential. Responsibilities Full cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive-level candidates across micro-specialized industries. Develop new business and nurture existing client relationships. Act as consultant for clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process. Negotiate candidate and commercial terms. Earn commission on successful placements. Benefits $47,500 base salary + uncapped commission (75k‑85k average 1st year OTE). Unlimited commission on placements and new client signings. Merit‑based promotions and leadership development. Equity ownership program after two years of tenure. Comprehensive training program for recruiters. Benefits: 30+ days PTO, gym, 401(k) with match, medical, dental, vision, FSA, commuter benefits.
