Senior Associate, Data Operations

Role Summary & Impact Business Intelligence and Data Visualization Senior Associate. Build, develop, and maintain the reporting infrastructure, business intelligence, and data visualization to deliver campaign reporting insights and competitive insights. Retrieve, compile, cleanse and transform data to create the intelligence layer leading to analysis and optimize media investments. Collect data requirements from client teams to define measurement framework and critical metrics for database build and business logic. Manage monthly data provisioning. Define the taxonomy for the activation team to streamline data retrieval. Retrieve, compile, and format large volumes of data (ETL). Manage data cleaning. Assist in setting up the client’s environment (Cloud infrastructure and data lakes). Assist in building and developing custom databases on the reporting platform. Assist in strategy and development of the data visualization layer of BI platforms (Tableau) for campaign monitoring and optimization. Help develop automated QA processes to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Communicate technical terms to non‑technical people and explain needed changes to achieve specific goals. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field, OR equivalent professional work experience. 1–3 years of experience in data management, data visualization, and data analytics preferably in a marketing and/or media agency. Experience building dashboards with Tableau and/or Power BI, Google Data Studio, Datorama, Domo required; visual techniques for data analysis and presentation a plus. Experience with Alteryx for business logic design and operation in Cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS, IBM Data Cloud). Experience working with SQL or Python. Strong exposure to digital data from ad‑serving platforms (e.g., Google Campaign Manager, other ad servers), campaign planning tools (Prisma, Lumina, MediaOcean), website analytics (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), paid search engine marketing (AdWords, Marin, etc.) strongly preferred. Strong speaking and written professional communication skills. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
