Desired Qualifications & Skills:

• Active licensure as an Occupational Therapist

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, adapting approaches for classroom, home, or virtual settings as needed
• Assess students’ motor skills, functional abilities, and needs within the school context
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized therapy plans and IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth and independence
• Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with education and healthcare standards
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing communication with school staff
