Litigation Attorney

I'm partnering with a well-established regional law firm to find an experienced Litigation Staff Attorney to join its Nashville team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an attorney who enjoys active litigation and courtroom advocacy while benefiting from a flexible schedule and no billable hour requirement . The firm is open to both full-time and part-time arrangements. Remote within Tennessee (initial onboarding in the Nashville office) Flexible hybrid schedule with no required number of in-office days after training $110,000–$130,000, depending on experience What they're looking for: 4+ years of civil litigation experience Strong tort litigation experience required Experience in long-term care, medical malpractice, healthcare litigation, or elder law defense is highly preferred Active Tennessee law license (or eligible for reciprocal admission) Experience taking and defending depositions and arguing motions Trial experience (second chair preferred) What you'll do: Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial preparation materials Conduct and defend depositions Represent clients in hearings, oral arguments, and trials Advise clients throughout the litigation process Travel within Tennessee as needed for hearings, depositions, and court appearances Why consider this opportunity?
