The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 annually. Pay is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance. Be ready to:defend litigation cases related to auto liability, premises liability, and other personal lines and commercial insurance civil litigation to a successful conclusionprovide effective and timely communication and legal advice to clients on legal and factual issuespartner with claims supervisors to achieve the best resultsQualificationsBe equipped with:Tennessee Law License strong academic and professional credentials;Five or more years of litigation and trial experienceJury trial experienceinsurance defense experience (strongly preferred)Enhance your talentsProviding outstanding service and developing strong relationships with our independent agents are hallmarks of our company.
