Employment Defense Opportunity - DT Nashville/Hybrid - Up to $250k Base + Bonus Upside - National Firm

Salary: $150,000 - $250,000 per year

Job Details

Handle substantive labor and employment matters for employer clients
Advise employers on workplace decisions, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
Defend clients in employment-related claims, disputes, and litigation
Counsel employers on federal and state labor and employment laws and regulations
Draft motions, pleadings, legal memoranda, and other employment-related documents
Manage employment matters from initial assessment through resolution
Handle or support wage and hour matters, including class action work where applicable
Partner with clients to develop practical legal strategies aligned with business objectives

Qualifications

J.D. and active Tennessee Bar admission
Recent labor and employment experience
Strong background in employment litigation, Tennessee employment law, and employer-side counseling
Wage and hour and class action experience is a plus
