The Memphis position is primarily in-office, while the Nashville position may be in-office or fully remote. Note: An active Tennessee Bar license in good standing and personal injury litigation experience are required. We are ideally seeking attorneys with 5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience, although strong candidates with 4+ years may be considered. Confidential Employer. Job Description Represent plaintiffs in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and other injury claims. Manage cases from intake and investigation through settlement, mediation, litigation, and trial. Develop effective case strategies through legal research, evidence analysis, medical record review, and witness interviews. Communicate directly with clients, medical providers, experts, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and other parties. Negotiate settlements and pursue favorable outcomes for clients. Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, court appearances, and trials as appropriate. Independently manage a substantial caseload while maintaining strong organization and attention to deadlines. Work closely with legal support staff to keep cases moving efficiently and provide an excellent client experience. Contribute to firm growth by identifying and bringing new personal injury matters into the practice. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school. Active Tennessee Bar license and good standing. 4+ years of personal injury litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side. Strong litigation, negotiation, legal research, and case-management skills. Demonstrated ability to independently manage personal injury matters and advocate effectively for clients. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong client-service mindset and sound legal judgment. Settlement, deposition, mediation, and trial experience strongly preferred. In-house and solo practice backgrounds are welcome.
