You should have a passion for seeking justice for those who have been injured and provide injured clients with the legal advice required to successfully win compensation. Responsibilities Providing legal support and guidance Advising clients on the best behavior Meeting with clients Finding ethical solutions to legal matters Communicating with clients to understand their legal concerns and needs to provide essential advice Strategizing on how to resolve the clients’ cases in a favorable manner Informing clients about legal options and possible outcomes or threats Developing persuasive arguments and representing clients in civil proceedings Staying informed about current legislation Building trustworthy relationships with clients Preparing legal documents such as dispositions, pleadings and contracts in a timely and accurate manner Assisting clients with the execution of agreements Maintaining professionalism and prioritizing client service and representation Knowledge of federal and state statutes, court rules, forms, processes, and procedures Strong communication and interpersonal skills Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment Bilingual/Spanish a plus Education JD required Barred in Tennessee Experience 4 years of experience in Personal Injury Law Experience answering discovery, trial, and mediation preparation Auto Accident and Premises Liability cases required Benefits and How to Apply In return, we offer a competitive salary and bonus structure, a comprehensive benefits package, and a collaborative work environment where your talents and expertise will be recognized and rewarded.
