Primary Care Physician - Outpatient Location: Lakewood or Wesminster
State License: CO HealthPlus Staffing is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a physician-led, value-based primary care organization. Opportunities are available across multiple locations. Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- Monday-Friday schedule
- Average patient volume: 17 patients per day
- Adult, senior-focused, or mixed patient population
- Emphasis on preventive care and chronic disease management
- Physician-led environment with strong clinical autonomy
- Team-based support from medical assistants, care coordinators, and administrative staff
- Reduced administrative burden
- EMR: Athena
- No inpatient responsibilities
- Base salary: $220,000-$240,000
- Productivity and quality-based incentives
