Top Secret Power Platform Developer

Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for a Top Secret Power Platform Developer to join a large DOD program. This is a full‑time position offering hybrid flexibility out of SE Washington DC. Multiple openings! Both at the Senior Level and Mid-Level. Essential Duties of the Power Platform Developer Senior level: Design, develop, and maintain advanced solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. Senior level: Lead architectural design sessions and translate business requirements into scalable, well‑structured Power Platform solutions. Senior level: Implement robust data models, relationships, and business rules using Dataverse and other connected data sources. Mid‑level: Build and maintain Power Apps (Canvas and/or ModelDriven) to support business processes and user workflows. Mid‑level: Develop, test, and optimize cloud flows in Power Automate to automate business tasks and integrations. Mid‑level: Design and configure Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, and views to support application needs. Mid‑level: Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services such as SharePoint, Teams, Excel, and Outlook. Qualifications of the Power Platform Developer 8+ years of professional IT experience. Hands‑on experience building solutions with Power Apps. Experience with Dataverse, data modeling, and relational data structures. Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret, TS/SCI, or CI Poly clearance. Compensation for the Power Platform Developer $120,000 - $165,000 (based on experience). 1–2 days remote per week.
