We highly value quality craftsmanship, innovation and, most importantly, teamwork to support our customers and create a safe, family-centric environment for our team to thrive.Watson Custom Tanks is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician II to join our weekend maintenance team. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventive maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems to support safe and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive maintenance (PMs) independently.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.Diagnose electrical issues involving motors, breakers, switches, fuses, and controls.Work with 480V three-phase, 230V three-phase, 120V single-phase, and DC systems.Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities.Weld, fabricate, and repair parts as needed.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.QualificationsIndustrial Maintenance certification preferred; enrollment in a maintenance program is a plus.Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.Knowledge of electrical systems up to 480V three-phase.Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining equipment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to safety.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand and walk for extended periods.Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.Must wear required PPE, including safety glasses and steel-toe boots.Why Join Watson Custom Tanks?Weekend schedule: Friday–Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM10% shift differentialSafety-focused manufacturing environmentOpportunities for continued skill development and growthApply today and help keep Watson Custom Tanks running at peak performance.
