Production Helper

Production Helper Our client, a leading food production industry, is seeking a Production Helper to join their team. As a Production Helper, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting the packing and inspection processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization. Location: Goldsboro, NC Pay Range: $16.24 - $17.24 Shift: Day and Night shift available Monday through Saturday What's the Job? Stand by moving conveyor and assist with placing products into jars or lifting products from the conveyor for packaging Inspect products for foreign objects, broken pickles, and defective glass jars Monitor product discharge from pasteurizers for deviations from standards Remove defective or broken jars from the line and dispose of them safely Transport empty jars to the glass line and participate in team meetings and training sessions What's Needed? No specific educational requirements; good eye/hand coordination is essential Ability to stand for sustained periods and perform repetitive motions Physical ability to lift up to 10 pounds occasionally and perform manual inspections Willingness to follow written and verbal instructions from supervisors Criminal background check required (7-year statewide clearance) What's in it for me?
