• Logistics & Inventory: Track stock levels and collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams.

• Stay Informed: Keep up with the latest maritime regulations and trends.

Responsibilities

 Develop and maintain relationships with customers in the maritime industry,
including ship owners, operators, agents, vendors, and crew members.
 Assist customers with inquiries and provide knowledgeable recommendations on
provisions, deck and engine supplies, safety equipment, and bonded items.
 Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and
satisfaction.
 Keep track of inventory and provide feedback on product availability and stock levels.
 Stay up to date on the latest maritime regulations and trends related to maritime
provisions, safety equipment, and bonded goods.
 Work closely with the procurement and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations
and accurate fulfillment of orders.
