Responsibilities:

• Accurately document electronic medical records.
• Order and interpret laboratory studies and diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Perform thorough and compassionate physical exams.
• Communicate effectively with staff and patients to ensure high-quality care.
• Prescribe appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatments.
• Develop and implement personalized care plans to address patients’ needs.
• Educate patients regularly on health management and preventive care.
• Participate in quality improvement programs and peer reviews to maintain high standards of care.

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
• Current state license or eligibility for the state of Florida.
