Tuesday - Saturday, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

The Physical Therapist will provide specialized treatment and rehabilitation services to patients recovering from various severe injuries and illnesses. This role involves creating and implementing customized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs to maximize health, function, and quality of life.

• Conduct evaluations and create treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to promote patient recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on recovery processes and wellness strategies.

• Current Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience in a rehabilitation setting preferred.
