Description
American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with 2+ years of experience for a 13-week travel contract at an inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital in Escondido, CA
Details
~52-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation hospital setting
~ Specialty unit focused on Physical Therapy
~ Patient population includes individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries
~ Day shift, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
~ Sunday through Thursday schedule preferred; part-time Tuesday through Saturday weekend coverage also noted
~13-week contract

Requirements
Active PT license required (license required if applicable)
Current AHA BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
Rehabilitation programs focus on customized, high-intensity therapy tailored to individual patient recovery needs
Candidates must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
Candidates who have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the last 12 months are not eligible
Candidates who are employed full-time elsewhere are not eligible for this position
