Clinic Pharmacy Liaison (Medication Access Coordinator) is an on-site, clinic-embedded role that supports coordination between Genoa pharmacy teams, partner clinic care teams, and patients to promotetimelyaccess to medications and an excellent patient experience. This position builds strong clinic relationships, connects patients to Genoa pharmacy services, supports prescription routing and prior authorization workflows, and completes proactive outreach to reduce delays in therapy and improve adherence. Working under the guidance of pharmacy leadership, the liaison helps ensure consistent workflows between clinic and pharmacy teams,identifiesroutine barriers to medication access, and supports process improvements within established procedures and regulatory requirements. Hours : Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST with lunch from 12:00pm to 1:00pm CST ( this could vary based on the clinic you will be at for the day) Location: Your home base will be 323 S Mason Rd., Katy, TX 77450, but you will be asked to cover other sites in the area to help out when needed Primary Responsibilities: Success Measures: What are the reasons to consider working for United Health Group?
