Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• 
  Operate mammography equipment in accordance with manufacturer guidelines and department protocols.
  
  
• 
  Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and ensuring proper positioning.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to all FDA guidelines and maintain accurate records for accreditation and inspections.
  
  
• 
  Perform quality assurance, preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot equipment issues.
  
  
• 
  Review patient medical history, obtain informed consent, and verify exam orders before imaging.
  
  
• 
  Maintain detailed documentation within the EHR, including procedure charges and supply inventory.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Graduate from an accredited Radiologic Technologist program.
  
  
• 
  ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M).
  
  
• 
  Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.
  
  
• 
  Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the US.
  
  
• 
  Successful passing of background check and pre-employment drug screening.
